Best Decorative Solar Garden Lights

In doing my research for reviews of decorative solar garden lights. I was amazed with how some people used these types of lights.

One lady used solar lilies, tulips, pansies, cattails, globes, butterflies, dragonflies, and solar fiber optic sprays to create a solar light garden. She lived in a apartment on the second floor and had no yard to create a real garden.
